The Larry K. Sharpf Educational Scholarship Foundation

Who We Are

The LKS Foundation is a non profit organization established in 2018 by Larry K. Sharpf. We offer graduating high school seniors, living in the State of Oregon, scholarships to continue their education at a state or private school, community college or trade school within the State of Oregon. Scholarship amount up to $20,000.00 for a 4 year institution is applicable to tuition, on campus room and board only.

Amount awarded will vary per candidate, need and school chosen. We aim to help students pursue their dream of getting an education.

Eligibility for 2nd year renewal

Scholarship recipient from LKS in 2026.
Be currently attending an undergraduate program at a Junior College, State College, Private College or Trade School in the state of Oregon.
Must have a cumulative College GPA of 2.75 or higher
Entering Year 2 at the same institution.
Annual household income of $75,000.00 a year or less.
Pass a background check and be in good standing at current school.
Resident of Oregon and U.S. Citizen.
Must have taken enough credit hours required to be a full time student in year 1 and maintain that status in year 2.

Eligibility for 3rd year renewal

Scholarship recipient from LKS in 2025 and 2026.
Be currently attending an undergraduate program at a Junior College, State College, Private College or Trade School in the state of Oregon.
Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
Entering Year 3 at the same institution.
Annual household income of $75,000.00 or less.
Pass a background check and be in good standing at current school.
