2025 graduating seniors - Complete Application-please seek help from your counselor if needed.
Provide proof of college acceptance-on letterhead.
Your most current official High School transcript.
Two letters of recommendation on letterhead (school, church, office, work).
FAFSA verification form/tax form with pay stubs. Annual income shall not exceed $75,000.
Complete Statement of Accuracy Form.
Agree to a background check.
You will be notified within 2 weeks if we have any further questions.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Be an LKS 2024 scholarship recipient.
Be currently attending an undergraduate program at a school in Oregon.
Entering Year 2 at the same institution.
Annual household income of $75,000 or less.
Pass a background check and be in good standing at current school.
Resident of Oregon and a U.S. Citizen
Must have taken enough credit hours required to be a full time student in year 1 and maintain that status in year 2.
Application must be completed in its entirety or it will not be considered.

Be an LKS 2023 and 2024 scholarship recipient.
Be currently attending an undergraduate program at a school in Oregon.
Entering Year 3 at the same institution.
Annual household income of $75,000 or less.
Pass a background check and be in good standing at current school.
Resident of Oregon and a U.S. Citizen
Must have taken enough credit hours required to be a full time student in year 2 and maintain that status in year 3.
Application must be completed. in its entirety or it will not be considered.

Be an LKS 2022, 2023 and 2024 scholarship recipient.
Be currently attending an undergraduate program at a school in Oregon.
Entering Year 4 at the same institution.
Annual household income of $75,000 or less.
Pass a background check and be in good standing at current school.
Resident of Oregon and a U.S. Citizen.
Must have taken enough credit hours required to be a full time student in year 3 and maintain that status in year 4 as needed.
Application must be completed. in its entirety or it will not be considered.
